This article “Can mHealth Help Doctors, Patients Speak the Same Language?” is interesting, highlighting a study by Xerox regarding perceptions of healthcare responsibilities. The author concludes that mHealth platforms could bridge the gap between consumers and doctors.
Good idea but how?
